dolls like you and me

following on from my theme from previous posts reminiscing about childhood etc... i set myself a little experiment tonight. As a child one of my favorite programmes was the raggy dolls- they each had a defect and were put in the reject bin. i want to reciprocate the characters with modern day fashion photography.

a sample of a design that was deemed too expensive to mass produce... his appearance is somewhat different to the others

with poorly-attached limbs

who had paint spilt on her hair and clothing

who fell out of a box of dolls due to be shipped to france




and hi-fi (we shouldn't have favorites, but let's)





who was wired wrongly and talks with a stammer




I might come back to this, I'm sure I could do it better if I had more time.
