so i haven't blogged since october. that's pretty terrible. however, i'm trying to ignore that fact and continue.
i've nearly finished my first year at university. i love it here. i am so in love with my course and bournemouth as a place. and i'm very excited for me, daniee, preeti, kal and chris to move into our wonderful new house.
this is what i've been doing for the past 6 months:
we went to paris. spent hours going round art museums and paris photo exhibition. didn't pay for an ice cream. stayed in the narrowest hotel in the world. walked barefoot in the rain. and got lost.

these are some of the images which made up the finals for my first unit, "primitive photography". i chose the theme of flaws and how our flaws define us despite how we try to keep them hidden.
these are images from one of my current projects. i started with the idea of androgyny and moved on to "gender ambiguity"; that is, editing my photographs so the subjects are undistinguishable as male or female.
i've also been going to the beach, writing, sleeping, working, being exhausted, having crazy dreams and figuring stuff out. all is well.
